Meet Grant
Founder of Grounded Holistic Health
Bend is my home, and I’m grateful to serve the community I grew up in. I created Grounded Holistic Health to bring together the work I’m passionate about and help others explore what feeling healthy, capable, and connected means to them. Whether you’re working toward a physical goal, building new habits, or looking for a deeper understanding of yourself, my aim is to offer practical guidance and a welcoming place to begin.
An Approach Built Around You
Every person brings different experiences, abilities, and goals. I take time to understand what you’re looking for so we can choose an approach that fits your life.
In massage, my approach is practical and focused. With five years of experience, I enjoy identifying areas of tension and tailoring sports and deep tissue work to your needs. Alongside focused bodywork, I value gentle, restorative touch and the connection between how we experience our bodies and how we move. Your comfort, feedback, and preferences guide each session.
My fitness and nutrition guidance follows the same personalized approach. With three years as a certified personal trainer and one year as a nutrition coach, I help clients develop plans that consider their starting point, abilities, preferences, and daily responsibilities. Through conversation-based planning and regular check-ins, we work toward habits you can realistically maintain and adjust as you go.
Spiritual life coaching offers space for reflection and personal exploration. Over six years of coaching, I’ve learned to let each client’s intentions guide the conversation. Sessions may include meditation, journaling guidance, and sound-based relaxation as tools for exploring your values, developing self-awareness, and connecting more deeply with yourself and the world around you. This work is personal to you and respects your own beliefs.
I also offer LightForce laser therapy as another option for focused care. My approach starts with understanding your concerns, reviewing your health history, and determining whether laser therapy is appropriate for your needs. From there, we discuss how it may fit into your care, either on its own or alongside massage, and review your response as we go.

Beyond the Practice
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time in nature, planning a trip, catching up with friends, or training in the gym. I also enjoy working on the farm and spending time with my cat and dogs. These parts of my life keep me grounded and remind me to make room for movement, connection, curiosity, and the things I enjoy.
I look forward to learning what matters to you and helping you take your next step.
